In my lab, the key material fabrication techniques and uniqueness are summarized as follows:

To fabricate high-quality transition metal nitride films by magnetron sputtering at high temperatures as alternative plasmonic materials or superconductors. (NbN with Tc ~16 K; TiN with Tc ~4 K)
